In People and Communication, we are more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe.
You will be part of the HR Business Partner team in Business Line Denmark where we are working closely with management teams. We are responsible for delivering people processes and at the same time having a keen eye on the executing of the strategic people agenda in order to linking strategy with organisation, and business with people.
A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
We are looking for a curious and solution-oriented HR Business Partner to balance smooth implementation of People initiatives and annual HR processes, with a strategic perspective where you translate business strategies into people and organisational priorities, and lead the dialogues of these priorities.
Co-creation and collaboration is essential to us, and you will be working together with different stakeholders, including managers at all levels, to ensure implementation, integration and synergies – all in collaboration with colleagues from all COWI and within the People and Communication department.
